Jim Smyth is a seasoned Facility Maintenance Manager at Vonco Products, LLC, with tenure beginning in February 2016. Prior to this role, Jim served as Maintenance Lead / Machinist at Printpack from July 2001 to February 2016, where responsibilities included the fabrication, purchasing, and repair of manufacturing and printing machinery. Jim also worked as an Instrument Machinist at Fermilab from April 2000 to July 2001, focusing on the fabrication of high-quality precision parts for various engineering and physics projects. Earlier in Jim's career, from March 1990 to March 2000, a similar role as Maintenance Lead / Machinist was undertaken at Printpack, further solidifying expertise in machinery maintenance and support.
