Prior to their current role, Will co-founded Pierce Dynamics, focusing on solutions for industrial operations. With experience as the Vice President of Engineering at Schurco Slurry and as a Systems Engineer at the Missile Defense Agency, Will brings a wealth of knowledge in engineering and product development. Will has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
