Andres Velasquez has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Pre Arrival Member Agent at Hilton Grand Vacations since November 2022, where responsibilities include providing area information and concierge services to over 900 members monthly. Prior to this role, Andres worked as a Reservation and Sales Activator Specialist at Diamond Resorts® from March 2019 to June 2022, achieving the highest net sales volume in the department and contributing to training new employees. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Forever 21, where Andres held positions as Stock Manager / Lead of Service and Sales Associate, managing merchandise processes and driving sales goals. Education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
