Kylie Eagle is an experienced Human Resources executive, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Fletcher Building since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kylie held various positions within Fletcher Construction and the Concrete Division of Fletcher Building, focusing on people and performance. Kylie's extensive background includes serving as General Manager of People and Communications at Kiwi Property, where Kylie's leadership was instrumental in implementing strategic HR initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Les Mills International, Vodafone, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, and early career positions in journalism and production. Kylie's education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Communications from Auckland University of Technology.
