James Wood MRICS serves as the Head of Property for Australia at Fletcher Building, a position held since 2017, which includes oversight of a diverse portfolio comprising 358 properties across various subsidiaries. In previous roles at Fletcher Building, James advanced from Senior Property Asset Manager to National Portfolio and Development Manager, focusing on property management and stakeholder engagement at executive levels. Prior to this, James gained valuable experience as a Property Asset Manager at Workman LLP and as a Property Associate at Knight Frank, where responsibilities included conducting site inspections, managing valuations, and developing service contracts. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University.
