Shipra Tyagi has been working in the Human Resources field since 2017. Shipra began their career as an HR Executive at eAnythingindian. In 2021, they joined Flentis Corporation as a Human Resources Team Lead and Human Resources Assistant, where they worked on their SAAS Platform- FlentisPRO. In 2022, they were promoted to Assistant Manager Human Resources at Emonics LLC.

Shipra Tyagi completed their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Banasthali Vidyapith from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Com in Business/Commerce, General from Meerut College from 2011 to 2014.
