Kenneth Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public works and water management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Fleis & VandenBrink since April 2019, Kenneth has previously held significant positions including Director of Public Works at the City of Mason, Michigan from January 2015 to February 2019, and Superintendent of Public Works at the same city from January 2001 to January 2015. Kenneth also served as President of the South Central Michigan Water Association from January 2017 to January 2018, and worked in various roles at the East Lansing Meridian Water and Sewer Authority and Volusia County Utilities Department. Educational credentials include a Michigan Public Service Institute certificate in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and multiple certificates in water and wastewater operations from Seminole State College of Florida.
