Jeff Wingard, P.E. is a seasoned project manager at Fleis & VandenBrink Engineering, Inc. since February 2013, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including vice president at Merritt Engineering, Inc. from July 1994 to February 2013 and an engineering position with the City of Battle Creek from May 1991 to August 1993. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Western Michigan University.
