Matthew Cleary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in naval architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager and previously as a Commercial Program Manager at Fleetway Inc. since March 2020, Matthew has a strong background in project management. Prior experience includes nearly 15 years at the Department of National Defence, where Matthew held roles such as Senior Cost Engineering Manager for the Canadian Surface Combatant project, Naval Architect, and Marine Systems Engineering Officer. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from UCL and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
