Crystal Thiel has work experience in the automotive industry. Crystal started working for CARQUEST / Advance Auto Parts as an Assistant General Manager in 2011 and later became a General Manager at Advance Auto Parts in the same year. In 2020, they joined FleetPride as a Warehouse Lead.

Crystal Thiel attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. Crystal'sfield of study was Field Biology, with a minor in Conservation.
