Chaitanya Kale currently serves as a Jr. Executive and Design Engineer for Crankcase Ventilation Products at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. since August 2023. Previously, Chaitanya gained experience as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Gkn Sinter Metals India Limited, where responsibilities included working in the New Product Development Cell and leading design test reports for customer initial sample reviews. Prior internships at Thermax Limited involved maintenance activities for steam power plants within the Power O&M QRT Team, and at Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Limited. Chaitanya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from All India Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering, completed in June 2023, along with prior education at R.P. Gogate College and New English School Pophali.
