Oscar Luis Monzon Santana has extensive experience in the transportation industry. Oscar Luis started their career as the General Manager at Compania Nacional de Autobuses from 1984 to 1989. Oscar Luis then went on to become the President of Autogama, a company specializing in the sale, maintenance, and repair of buses, minibuses, and microbuses. In 1998, they became the CEO of Francorp, Inc. in the Dominican Republic, where they significantly expanded territorial sales. From 2000 to 2015, Monzon Santana served as the Executive Director of the Asociacion Dominicana de Franquicias, where they developed seminars on franchise concepts. In 1997, they founded Grupo La Noel, a multi-disciplinary transportation company, and served as the President of the board. Currently, Monzon Santana is the Master Franchise Developer and Franchise Owner of Realtyplus Republica Dominicana, a collaborative real estate network. Additionally, they hold executive positions in KÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×PACK, LSG Software Solutions RD, and Coopnoel.

Oscar also completed an English Master's degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from King's College London in 1986.
