Peter Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Peter was the Director of Operations at FLEET Response, overseeing operations in ID and WA, NW region. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Burke's Restoration and as a Consultant. Peter also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Verdis. In addition, Peter has experience in sales and project management, having worked at Western Speciality Contractors and Roberts McNutt, Inc. as a Sales/Project Manager and Estimator/Project Manager/Branch Manager respectively. Before transitioning to the corporate world, they served as an Associate Pastor in various vocational ministries.

Peter Marshall holds a Doctorate degree in Leadership from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, obtained from 2004 to 2010. Peter also holds a Master of Divinity - MDiv degree in Theology/Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, completed between 1992 and 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Arkansas from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, they have received several certifications, such as the Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, among others.
