Stephen C. serves as the Academic Coordinator at the U.S. Naval War College, providing essential academic and administrative support. Since May 2021, Stephen has also worked as a Veterans Service Officer for the Fleet Reserve Association, assisting veterans in navigating their rights and benefits. Prior roles include Education Technician at the Naval Postgraduate School and HMIS Coordinator Assistant at Nation's Finest, where Stephen ensured compliance with grant funding and managed client databases. Previous experience includes roles as Veterans Services Officer with Santa Cruz County, Leading Petty Officer in the US Navy, and Military Language Instructor at the Defense Language Institute. Educated at John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy, and trained at the Defense Language Institute with an Associate of Arts in Russian, Stephen combines extensive military and administrative experience with a commitment to veteran service.
