Cathleen Ursula Gruetzner serves as the President of the Fleet Reserve Association's South Central Region since August 2020, where effective lobbying on behalf of Sea Services personnel is a primary focus. Gruetzner also holds the position of Vice President for the Women Marine Association's Heart of Texas Chapter, contributing to organizational representation and historical documentation. Previous roles include Vice President and Special Events Coordinator within various capacities at the Fleet Reserve Association, as well as leadership positions in the Lutheran Women's Ministry League at Hope Lutheran Church. Gruetzner's extensive experience is complemented by an educational background that includes an Associate degree in Business from Austin Community College and a prior Associate degree in Business from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
