Mihir Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Mihir started their career at Quest Software as a Software Developer from October 2005 to September 2006. Following that, they joined Yfactor Inc. as a Full Stack Developer from June 2007 to August 2010 and later as a Technical Lead from August 2010 to August 2012. Mihir then worked at Fleet Complete as a Senior Software Developer from August 2012 to December 2015. After a brief period at ChannelAssist Inc. as a Solutions Architect from December 2015 to July 2016, Mihir rejoined Fleet Complete as a Solutions Architect from July 2016 to June 2017. Mihir subsequently became a Software Development Team Lead at Fleet Complete from June 2017 to December 2021. Currently, Mihir holds the position of Principal Architect at Fleet Complete since January 2022.

Mihir Patel has a Postgraduate degree in Information Technology Solutions from Humber College. Mihir also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from Sardar Patel University. In addition, they have obtained certification in AWS Fundamentals: Building Serverless Applications by Amazon Web Services through Coursera in 2019.
