Michael Smith is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a strong background in the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving in a Learning & Development role at Fleet Alliance since May 2022, Michael previously worked as a Learning & Development Business Partner at Lookers plc from February 2015 to May 2022, focusing on meeting the training needs of various automotive franchises across the UK and achieving SAF accreditation. Prior to that, Michael held several positions at British Gas from March 2006 to February 2015, including L&D Partner in the Smart Meters division, where induction training for new employees was key, along with delivering courses for staff at all levels.
