Iris van Heijnsbergen has a diverse work experience history. In 2018, they worked as a Horeca medewerker at Mooi Oldemarkt. From 2019 to 2020, they took on various roles including Horeca medewerker at Boats & Burgers and Huishouding at Landhotel de IJsvogel. In 2020, they worked as a Medewerker Algemeen Schoonmaakonderhoud at Schoonmaakservice Veenstra. Iris then transitioned to playing a role in the BIT Inc Grolsch warehousing project at Koninklijke Grolsch from February to April 2022. Following this, they became a Boat Rental Clerk at Boatrental Giethoorn from May 2022 to the present. Currently, they work as a Consultant at Flawless Workflow starting from January 2023. Prior to all these experiences, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Twente starting from November 2021.

Iris van Heijnsbergen's education history begins with their attaining a Bachelor's degree in Business & IT from the University of Twente, which they completed between the years 2019 and 2022. Prior to this, they attended RSG Tromp Meesters from 2013 to 2019, where they obtained an Atheneum degree with a focus on Natuur & Gezondheid / Natuur & Techniek.

Following their Bachelor's degree, Iris pursued a Master's degree in ICT Management & Enterprise Architecture, which they are currently working towards at the University of Twente from 2022 to 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Iris has earned several certifications. In April 2023, they completed "EnschedeLAB: H4ck the C!ty" at EnschedeLAB. Prior to this, they obtained the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English in April 2019. In May 2017, Iris achieved the Anglia Masters C2 Certificate from Anglia Examinations.
