Valerie Beery is an experienced property manager currently working at FLATS since September 2022, with prior roles as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at Reside Living from May 2022 to September 2022. Valerie's real estate journey began at Lakes | Sotheby's International Realty as a Licensed Assistant for the Regan & Hornig Team from July 2021 to May 2022, and as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from December 2020 to July 2021. Valerie also has a background in research, having served as a Lung Cancer Research Intern at Mayo Clinic in early 2017, where duties included genomic DNA and RNA purification and testing. Additionally, Valerie volunteered extensively at Children's Hospital from September 2014 to January 2017, recognized for over 300 hours of service as a top volunteer. Valerie holds a degree from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 2017 and 2021.
