Carlos Flores Avile is a seasoned research scientist currently serving as Senior Research Scientist at Flatiron Health since September 2024. Prior roles at Genesis Research Group included Associate Director and Analytic Team Lead for RWE Synthesis Solutions, Associate Director of Evidence Strategy, Senior Manager of Evidence Strategy, Senior RWE Analyst, and RWE Analyst from March 2017 to October 2024. Carlos earned a Master's degree in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida from 2011 to 2014.
