Kiril Panchev is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development leadership. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at flatexDEGIRO AG since November 2020, Kiril previously held the position of Head of Web Development at CredoWeb from February 2018 to October 2020, focusing on complex projects involving microservices architecture and cloud solutions. Kiril also led web development teams at TechHuddle and Avus Capital Ltd., where the introduction of Agile principles significantly enhanced workflow efficiency. Starting as PHP Team Leader at Studio X and Mag Studio, Kiril developed strong team management and technical planning skills while overseeing diverse web-based projects. Kiril holds a Master’s in Business Administration from New Bulgarian University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Mathematics and Informatics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
