Katie Biggs has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Flatbread Company Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this role, Katie held positions as Assistant Manager and Server at Flatbread Company from October 2008 to May 2018, demonstrating a strong progression in responsibilities over the years. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2008.
