Salma Haddad is the Program Coordinator for Tunisia at Flat6Labs. Salma has over eight years of experience in program management and operations, with a focus on partnering with startups, incubators, corporates, universities, and other entrepreneurship ecosystem actors in Tunisia, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Israel, South Africa, Turkey, Pakistan, and Morocco.

Previously, Salma was a Program Manager and Operations Specialist at Microsoft Philanthropy, where they were responsible for annual strategy and action planning, budgeting and financial forecasting, coordinating initiatives and community building efforts, and activating digital transformation for non-profit organizations in Tunisia and Morocco.

Salma has a proven track record of successful program management and cross-functional collaboration. Salma is passionate about supporting startups and driving innovation in the MENA region.

Salma Haddad has a Master's degree in Finance of corporate and markets from IHEC Carthage, a Bachelor's degree in management with a focus in finance from IHEC Carthage, and a Baccalauréat in Mathématiques from Lycée Farhat Hached, Radès.
