Darren Smith has extensive experience in restaurant operations, currently serving as Head of Operations at Flat Iron since August 2015, where previous roles included Operations Manager and General Manager. Prior to Flat Iron, Darren held the position of General Manager at Grillshack Restaurants Ltd from June 2014 to August 2015. In addition, Darren gained valuable experience at Tragus Group from February 2011 to June 2014, where roles included General Manager, Area Coach, and Dual Site General Manager.
