Kyle Barton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kyle recently joined Flat Branch Home Loans in 2022 as an Automation Engineer. Prior to this, Kyle held various roles at Midland States Bank from 2017 to 2022, including Senior Engineer - Robotic Process Automation, IT Manager - Enterprise Automation and Analysis, and Operations Technology and Reporting Manager. Before that, they worked at Citi from 2011 to 2017, serving as AVP BP&A Analyst and Project Manager/Analysis. Kyle also worked at The Home Depot as a Department Supervisor from 2007 to 2011. Kyle began their career in the US Navy, serving as a Boiler Supervisor and Machinist Mate second class from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, Kyle has been a member of the American Legion Post 208 since 2007.

Kyle Barton earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Maryville University of Saint Louis, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications related to Nintex process automation: the Nintex Process Automation Practitioner - Nintex Workflow Cloud in June 2020 and the Nintex RPA Expert in October 2019.
