Dawn Baumgartner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dawn began their career as a Special Education Teacher with the Special School District of St. Louis County in 1999 and continued in the field with Fort Zumwalt Schools as a Special Education Teacher until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to the nonprofit sector, working at Element Church in various roles such as Small Groups Director, Connections Director, and Executive Director of Connections. Dawn then entered the real estate industry in 2006, co-founding Agape Realty where they served as a Real Estate Broker until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Real Estate Broker at Cornerstone Realty. Dawn then joined Central Bank as a Business Development Coordinator with The McRae Mortgage Team from 2020 to 2021. Following this, they moved to Guaranteed Rate Affinity as a Business Development Coordinator, providing support to the McRae Mortgage Team and their Strategic Partners. Currently, Dawn is working at Flat Branch Home Loans in the role of Business Development Officer with The McRae Mortgage Team.

Dawn Baumgartner received their Bachelor of Science degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs from Illinois State University. Dawn pursued their education at the university from 1994 to 1998.
