Alina Smirnova is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Legal Associate at Flashpoint Venture Capital since November 2017, Alina previously worked as a Junior Lawyer at ADE Professional Solutions from January 2016 to May 2017 and as a Professor's Assistant in the Financial Law Department at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics from September 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, Alina gained initial legal experience as a Legal Trainee at Hays in August 2014. Academically, Alina is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial and Corporate Law at UCLan Cyprus, expected to complete in July 2025, and holds two advanced law degrees from the Higher School of Economics, including a Master's in Financial, Tax, and Customs Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law.
