Fabrice So is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Flashfood since July 2022, where alignment of delivery with strategy is a key focus. Previously, Fabrice held various roles at Aviva Canada from February 2019 to July 2022, including Product Manager and Technical Program Manager, leading the launch of the company’s first mobile app and implementing usage-based pricing on a cloud-enabled platform. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Technical Project Manager to enhance pricing sophistication and as a Project Management Consultant to bridge data science and policy systems. Prior roles at OANDA from 2010 to 2019 encompassed positions such as Technical Program Manager and Product Owner, where the delivery of critical platforms and creation of new global divisions were achieved. Early career experience includes roles at Symcor from 2005 to 2010 and a research lab assistant position at the University of Toronto's Telecom Group in 2003. Fabrice holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, completed in 2004.
