Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Org¨¢nicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barber¨ªa El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular between February 2016 and 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
