Esin is responsible for annual budgeting, financial reporting and long-term, strategic financial planning efforts. She works closely with stakeholders to evolve Flareā€™s financial capabilities.

Esin has more than 10 years of financial planning and corporate finance experience in industries ranging from academia to biotech. She has modeled companiesā€™ financial outlooks going into the clinic and played a key role in funding rounds from Series B to IPO and beyond.

Outside of work, Esin enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, entertaining with friends, baking, and visiting Cape Cod in any season.
