Laura transitioned into roles such as Human Resources Assistant at Volkswagen UK, Legal Compliance Manager at Grovelands, Global Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Oliver Wyman, and People and Culture Manager at Fuse Universal. Their most recent position was as Head of People, Culture & Operations at Flare, where they currently serve.
