Cristina Balae is a Jr UX/UI Designer at Flare since August 2023 and the Founder of UXplorers since April 2023, where strategic direction for the UX design community is established. Previous experience includes serving as a Customer Success Associate at Avaros, focusing on user feedback and onboarding processes, and as a Customer Experience Operations Specialist at Opslock, where automated workflows were developed to enhance user experience. At Bitdefender, Cristina held multiple roles, including Customer Experience and Training Specialist, where client advocacy and process improvement were key focuses. Educational qualifications include a UX Certificate from Concordia University and a degree in Translator and Interpreter from the Technical University of Constructions Bucharest.
