Lloyd Chatham has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lloyd began their career at Allium Alliance Ltd in 2006 as an Admin/Sales Assistant, where they gained knowledge of the onion industry and developed partnerships with growers and customers. In 2008, they joined Abbey Print Ltd as a Sales Executive/Account Manager, where they prioritized customer satisfaction and dealt with office supplies. In 2015, they transitioned to Finlays as an Account Manager, where they managed accounts for five years. In 2020, they became a Commercial Manager at TH Clements & Son Ltd, overseeing commercial operations. Currently, Lloyd is the Senior Commercial Manager for Home Delivery and Head of Home Delivery and Gifting at Flamingo Horticulture, a role they have held since 2021.

Lloyd Chatham attended Robert Manning Technology College from 1999 to 2006, studying Business Studies.
