Dheeraj Kulshrestha is the President & CEO of Flairsoft, where since 2001, Dheeraj has led business development, strategy, and technology solutions across various sectors, including state, commercial, and federal clients, with a focus on infrastructure management for Right of Way, Real Estate, and permitting programs. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Ultryx Corporation, where Dheeraj oversaw the development of a multi-channel eCommerce solution for the manufacturing industry, and held roles at Checkfree, Cambridge Technology Partners, and CenturyLink in various leadership capacities. Dheeraj holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a degree from MANIT.
