Steve McAvoy has extensive experience in retail support and warehouse management, currently serving as the Retail Support Team Leader at Flair Rugs since March 2008, where previous roles included Retail Support, Warehouse Manager, and Warehouse Supervisor. Prior experience includes a role as Warehouse Supervisor at Sleepmasters and as an Apprentice Mechanic at both Red Line Mot Center and Tinker Brook Garage Limited. Steve possesses a Level 3 Diploma in Management from The City and Guilds of London Institute, an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading from the Institute of Leadership & Management, and an NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics from Accrington & Rossendale College.
