Sean Monaghan has over 15 years of experience in business strategy, product management, and finance. Currently serving as AVP of Business Strategy - Product Management and Strategy at Flagship Credit Acceptance since September 2016, Sean has progressed through various roles, including Director and Senior Business Strategy Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes working as an Auto Finance Pricing Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and holding multiple positions at INVISTA, where responsibilities spanned digital marketing and financial analysis. Sean began a career in finance at Discover Financial Services as an Account Management Process Specialist. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics.
