Carole W. Shannon currently serves as an Organization Effectiveness Specialist at Flagship Credit Acceptance, where responsibilities include the strategic direction, design, and implementation of the Leadership Development Program, oversight of the 360 assessment and Mentoring programs, and Co-Chair of the DE&I Council. Prior to this role, Carole held the position of VP-HR and Operations at Doors 4Pets and People, llc., providing HR and operations support for a manufacturing business. Additionally, Carole owned and directed The Identity Transformation Group, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development and career transition services for Fortune 100 clients and not-for-profit organizations. Carole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University.
