Juhana Kangaspunta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Juhana is currently serving as the CTO & co-founder of Flagship, a position they started in March 2022. Juhana also holds the same role at a Stealth Startup since April 2022, where they are responsible for building a fair and equitable creator commerce ecosystem. This startup is backed by Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, and several industry leaders.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Juhana worked as a Software Engineer at Google from April 2019 to May 2021, specifically in the Google Brain Robotics team. Before that, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Zoox Inc. from May 2016 to March 2019. Juhana also gained experience through an internship at Google as a Software Engineer Intern in 2015.

In 2014, Juhana was employed as a Software Engineer at Chartio, where they focused on full-stack software engineering tasks using Python (Django) and Javascript (Backbone). Juhana was responsible for building new visualizations, managing permissions, integrating datasources, implementing application logic, and enhancing user interactions.

Earlier in their career, Juhana worked as a Program Manager at Startup Sauna, overseeing the Startup Life program from August 2013 to March 2014. Juhana also served as a Program Manager for the Startup Sauna Internship Helsinki, which provided paid internships to students and self-starters in Finland's promising startups. Juhana had a brief role as CMO & C3PO at SLUSH in September 2013, and prior to that, they worked as the Marketing Lead and Metrics Analyst at Grey Area from April 2013 to August 2013.

Before delving into the technology and startup field, Juhana was a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group for a brief period from May 2012 to July 2012.

Juhana Kangaspunta attended Stanford University from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods. Prior to that, they studied at Aalto University from 2009 to 2013 and completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2012, Juhana participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore, though the field of study for that specific program is not provided.
