Travis Smith currently serves as the Associate Dean of Clinical Integration and Assessment and the Director of Clinical Education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine since June 2015. Additionally, Travis holds the position of Designated Institutional Official (DIO) at Flagler Health+ since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Dean of Clinical Education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and as an Emergency Physician at St. Lukes Emergency Care Group, LLC from July 2012 to December 2022. Travis completed an Emergency Medicine Residency at UF Health Jacksonville between July 2009 and June 2012. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (2005-2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida State University (2001-2005).
