Tony Norman is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in support and team leadership roles. Currently serving as IT Support Team Lead and IT Help Desk Supervisor at Fladgate LLP since February 2021, Tony previously held the position of IT Desktop Support Supervisor at JTI, overseeing a team of four and providing support for over 600 users. Tony’s earlier experience includes roles as IT Technical Support Analyst at Kennedys, where responsibilities involved managing desktop support and asset management, and as 2nd Line Support Analyst at BLAKE LAPTHORN LLP, supporting corporate users across multiple sites. Tony holds a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance from Bournemouth and Poole College.
