Paulina Lorsch is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently employed at flaconi since November 2022. Prior to this role, Paulina worked at Zalando from September 2019 to November 2022, serving as a Senior HR Specialist in People Services, as well as in various HR capacities including HR Specialist and HR Working Student. Paulina's earlier experience includes an HR/Retail Recruitment Internship at Ace & Tate and an HR Working Student position at Divimove. Academically, Paulina is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Hochschule Trier, having previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and completed a program at EAE Business School in 2018.
