Andrea Piazza, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as Head of Human Resources at fJscaler since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Analog Devices from August 2021 to December 2022. Andrea also held various positions at Maxim Integrated, including Human Resources Director from April 2019 to August 2021, Senior Manager from September 2017 to April 2019, and Manager, Senior HR Business Partner from January 2016 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Webtrends as the Director of Human Resources from June 2014 to January 2016, and as the HR Operations Manager/Senior HR Business Partner from February 2011 to June 2014. Andrea began their HR career as a Human Resources Manager at Aequitas Capital Management from February 2007 to February 2011. Throughout their career, Andrea has been responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, and payroll. Andrea has also provided strategic support and guidance to senior leaders on human capital strategies, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Andrea Piazza, SPHR, holds an MBA from Marylhurst University, which was earned between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Portland State University, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from 2000 to 2003. Andrea has also obtained several certifications, including "Leading with Data and Analytics" from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2020, and "Change Management Train-the Trainer" and "Change Management" from Prosci in 2018. Andrea also holds the certification of Senior Professional of Human Resources.
