Kelly Young, SPHR, CDP®, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at fjorge since September 2022. Previously, Kelly was the Head of People at Superhuman, where responsibilities included establishing and formalizing People Operations as the first HR hire. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of People and Operations at Abbott, specializing in high-volume recruitment for medical and biotech roles, and Seattle Studio Manager at Candid™, where leadership efforts focused on team development and performance management. Kelly's extensive background also encompasses talent acquisition coaching at Nike, visual merchandising management at Sephora, and an internship in visual design at Anthropologie. Kelly holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington.
