Joe Barsness is the Director of Business Development at fjorge. Joe has over 15 years of experience in the business world, with a focus on business development and analytics.

Joe started their career as a Business Analyst at Marshall Field's (now Target) in 2004. Joe was quickly promoted to Owner / Managing Director of College Nannies and Tutors in 2005, where they oversaw the company's expansion into new markets and developed new business opportunities. In 2012, Joe joined fjorge as Director of Business Development, where they have continued to grow the company and its client base.

Joe Barsness attended Wayzata High School before going to the University of Minnesota Duluth for their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Joe also studied abroad for marketing at Curtin University.
