Leonor Russo has cultivated a robust career in human resources and consulting, currently serving as Alumni and Executive Director of Human Resources at FEP Junior Consulting since October 2019. Additionally, Leonor has gained experience as a Trainee in the Center of Excellence and New Businesses as well as in Digital Banking at Banco BPI from September 2022 to September 2023. Previous roles include Coordinator of the Student Department and Educational Policy at AEFEP from July 2021 to June 2022 and team member positions at FJC Porto de Emprego and JOVENS EMPREENDEDORES. Leonor has an academic background in Economics and Management from FEP U. Porto, with a Bachelor's degree completed in October 2022 and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Economics and Strategy at the same institution.
