Süha Sarıoğlu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they started their career as a Contract and Claim Management Engineer at Yüksel İnşaat A.Ş., where they managed contracts and claims. Süha then worked as a Project Engineer at GEODATA Engineering S.p.A. from July to August 2013 and again from November 2013 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for project management.

After that, from December 2017 to September 2018, they worked as a Consultant in a self-employed capacity. Süha then became a Co-Founder of Sodalitas Group Danışmanlık in January 2019, where they held this role until August 2019.

Currently, Süha Sarıoğlu is working as a Software Engineer at Makswin Real Estate Technologies since July 2020. Süha'swork primarily revolves around software development in the real estate industry.

Süha Sarıoğlu completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Süha pursued this degree from 2006 to 2012. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Yildiz Technical University. This degree was completed from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Süha Sarıoğlu also received a certification as a Software Specialist (Java & Android) from Bilge Adam in April 2016.
