Shinichi Muramatsu began their work experience in 2015 at Tsukaeru.net, where they worked as a Customer Support representative until 2019. Shinichi then joined Huawei Technologies as a Researcher from April 2019 until December 2021. Currently, Muramatsu is employed at Fixstars Corporation as an Engineer, starting in May 2023.

Shinichi Muramatsu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shinshu University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Division at the same university from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in February 2018.
