Ryan Jhanjhan

Head of Customer Excellence at Fixico

Ryan Jhanjhan has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Vulploegmedewerker role at Albert Heijn in 2013. Ryan then worked as a Magazijnmedewerker at Bleckmann in 2016, a Crewlid at McDonald's in 2016, a Werver at The Sales Unit in 2016, a Logistiek medewerker at Medisch Spectrum Twente in 2017, and a Junior verkoop adviseur at Kolenaar Autobedrijven in 2018. Most recently, in 2020, they accepted the Head of Customer Excellence role at Fixico, where they have full responsibility over the Customer Excellence Team active in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and United Kingdom. Ryan's responsibilities include hiring and training staff and conducting performance evaluations.

Ryan Jhanjhan obtained their Bachelor in Automotive Business Management from IVA Driebergen in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their HAVO in Natuur en Gezondheid from Het Stedelijk in 2015. In addition, they obtained certifications in Online Personal Branding from Flex Online Marketing in April 2019 and Zakelijke (Internationale) Etiquette & Omgangsvormen from Distinguished - Etiquette en Omgangsvormen in February 2019.
