Nicholas Sarac is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Fixflo since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the same position at Switchee Limited from June 2020 to May 2023 and at iwoca from February 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included both Head of Customer Success and Head of Account Management. Nicholas began professional career as General Manager and Copywriter at Flogit4u, from January 2005 to January 2013. Academically, Nicholas earned a BSc in Multimedia Technology from the University of Greenwich between 2003 and 2006, and an AVCE in Information and Communication Technologies from the College of North West London from 2001 to 2003.
