Saqib Hanif has a diverse work experience, taking on roles in various companies and industries. In 2008, they started their career as a Sr Software Engineer at Digital Processing Systems, where they worked until 2011. Saqib then worked as a Software Engineer at the Institute for Energy Economics and Rational use of Energy - University of Stuttgart, Germany until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Software Engineer at Submedia - Fresh Media Solutions. Saqib then became a Scientific Assistant at Fraunhofer IPA from 2011 to 2013.

In 2015, Saqib became a Cofounder/CTO at YAS.life, where they established the company's technical vision and led all aspects of technological development. Saqib worked closely with other department heads to advise on technologies that could improve efficiency and effectiveness. Saqib remained with YAS.life until 2019.

During 2019, Saqib had multiple roles. Saqib was an Investor at Club Kitchen, an Interim CTO at FYT - Find Your Tribe, and a Co-Founder & CTO at Fix Ventures, a greentech startup focused on building scalable circular solutions.

In 2020, Saqib co-founded FixFirst | The OS for Circularity, a GreenTech startup aiming to make repair and circular services accessible to everyone. Saqib took on the role of Co-Founder & CTO and worked on building a SaaS-enabled B2B platform connecting service providers with circular services.

In 2023, Saqib became a Co-Founder & CTO at SuperFix Repair, continuing their work in the GreenTech sector.

Saqib Hanif obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hazara University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology at the University of Stuttgart, graduating in 2015.
